Together with the members of TEAWASENOHARA and the R8 participants, we will move our bodies freely and express ourselves. For adults, it may be a little embarrassing at first, but gradually you will be able to join hands with the people around and express yourselves freely. The general public is also welcome to participate (Reservations required).
What is TEAWASENOHARA?
TEAWASENOHARA is an activity that starts with holding hands, feeling the warmth, expressing together with the whole body, and expanding communication. Regardless of age or disability, even beginners can freely connect with each other and create expressions as they feel. We will co-create a comfortable place together, incorporating the nature of the time and accepting our differences as they are.

てあわせのはらの皆さんとレスポ８参加者たちで一緒に自由に身体を動かして表現してみます。大人にとっては、最初は少し恥ずかしかったりするかもしれませんが、次第に周りの人たちと手を取り合って自由に表現できるようになってゆきます。一般の方もぜひ参加してみてください（要予約）。
てあわせのはらとは？てとてをあわせることから始まり、その温もりを感じ合いながら、からだ全体でともに表現し、コミュニケーションを広げていく活動です。障害の有無や年齢に関係なく、始めての方も、自由に繋がり合、感じるままに、表現を創りだしていきます。その時々の自然も取り入れながら、違いは違いのまま、心地よい居場所を共創してきます♪
