Masafumi Fukagawa is an independent curator and critic specializing in photography theory, design theory, media theory, and performance theory. He has curated numerous exhibitions, including “Come to Bauhaus,” “ART × LIFE: Tatsumi Orimoto,” and “Game of Photography.” Publications: RoseLee Goldberg’s Performance Art (Japanese translation), ART × LIFE : Tatsumi Orimoto, The Project: Of Light Photography Beyond Modernism, Vilém Flusser’s Toward a Philosophy of Photography (Japanese translation), and others.
